The thought of purchasing a home intimidated me. I did not know which avenue to take or what I would do once I got there. Eventually I pursued the challenge, and my endeavors led me to Ray Carodine. He made all the difference in the world in the way I will view buying a home again. At first, I was working with a mortgage company that obviously was too busy to even get a pre-approval for me. After a week or so of waiting for a call, Ray advised me that he would give them one more day, and then he would put me in contact with an "aggressive young lady that would not waste my time", he did that, and the rest is history. I recommend Ray highly as an agent, but more so as a person. I called him almost daily just because I can't stand waiting. Most of the process in buying this home was waiting! Not once did he ever become impatient with me or give me the impression that he did not have time for me. He remained professional at all times.
